2017 Art & Talent Showcase

The Kiwanis Club of Macon hosted its annual Art & Talent Showcase Saturday, March 4 at Fickling Hall in the McCorkle Music Building on the Mercer campus.  This event gave many talented Bibb Couty high school students a venue to compete for college scholarships in the areas of visual and performing arts.

Paintings, drawings and photographs were judged by local artists Glenda Clance, Mary Wain Ellison and Carole Pope.

The talent competition was judged by Ray Lawrence, Lisa Shepherd and Christopher Graddick.

Journalist Liz Fabian was the Mistress of Ceremonies at the talent competition.

Photos of the events can be found in our Photo Album.
