The scholarships are available to any high school seniors who are residents of Bibb County. The minimum amount awarded will be $1000, and they are based on academic performance, community activity, financial need and references. Please click on the attached form, fill it out, and return it to:

Hamilton Holt, a member of the Macon Kiwanis Club in 1934, later became president of Kiwanis International. The Kiwanis Club of Macon owns The Hamilton Holt Educational Loan Fund which started out providing loans to worthy students for the completion of college level undergraduate, graduate and professional education. Today we refer to it as the Hamilton Hope Scholarship fund and it’s available to seniors in Bibb County before they actually start a class. The committee that oversees this votes on the submitted forms and comes up with a winner or winners, Once that student starts college, we send the check to their college for them. The money for this scholarship comes from donations and memorials.
